Contact Details

Runnymede Citizens Advice Bureau offers advice to clients in person, over the telephone, by fax and letter. We are not able to offer advice by email.

We will conduct a short interview to establish how we can help you to resolve your problem.  By the end of this interview we will either:

  • Provide basic information to enable you to resolve your problem

  • Offer a telephone ‘ring back’ appointment.

  • We may offer an appointment if you have seen us before about the same problem, and the assessor has agreed that we can give further help.

  • Advise you to bring additional information and offer you a follow up appointment.

  • If resources allow, you may be able to see an adviser the same day.

  • Refer you to an appropriate agency.

Due to the increase in demand for our service we need to give advice to as many people as possible with the resources we have. Therefore please do not expect us to ‘take on’ work for you, but we will do the best we can to help you to resolve your problem.
